At DASC our highly skilled team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and specially trained nurses and technicians are dedicated to providing a safe, personal, and comfortable environment for our patients, while adhering to the highest quality of surgical care. Deerpath Ambulatory Surgical Center (DASC) is a free-standing ambulatory surgical center joint venture between Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers and independent physicians from Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Midwest Sports Medicine Institute, Digestive Health Specialists, ENT Surgical Consultants, and Spectrum Eye Institute.

Deerpath Ambulatory Surgical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). DASC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certified, in compliance with Blue Cross Blue Shield and many other insurance plans.

Physicians have an ownership or investment interest in our facility. Having an interest in DASC enables physicians to have a voice in the organization’s administration and medical policy. The list of physician owners is available upon request.

DASC has 2 Operating Rooms; 8 Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Beds; and a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee, WiFi, and access to vending machines for our visitors.

Our physicians and surgeons are equipped to perform procedures in the following areas: Anesthesiology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.
